Scheduling Staff


Coordinates and schedules course curriculum for all colleges and schedules meetings for departments for UAMS campus. Schedules for Education II, Rahn, I. Dodd Wilson Education, Institute on Aging Building, Cancer Institute, Spine Building 12th floor Fred W. Smith Conference Center.
Laboratory Support

Provides technical support to faculty, staff, and students in classrooms and laboratories managed by Academic Services, including certification of computers for national board exams. Oversees the procurement and installation of new computers for labs and testing areas. Coordinates with IT and lab staff on hardware, software, and networking needs, and assists users with training and troubleshooting

Responsible for ordering supplies for all student laboratories across the College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy, and College of Health Professions. Oversees staff in Academic Services and manages the comprehensive inventory essential for supporting student lab activities.

Provides comprehensive support in the College of Health Professions Medical Laboratory Science and Nuclear Medicine student laboratories, including specimen and laboratory preparation, instrument startup, and assisting with student instruction and lab cleanup. She also coordinates the annual maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments and microscopes, ensuring all equipment functions reliably. In addition, she contributes to teaching responsibilities in collaboration with faculty as needed.

Supports the daily operations of the College of Pharmacy’s student laboratories, ensuring a safe, organized, and well-equipped environment for teaching and learning. She manages lab setup and breakdown, chemical preparation, equipment maintenance, and inventory control, while upholding strict safety standards throughout all lab activities.

Provides essential support for the daily operations of the College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy, and Dental Hygiene program laboratories, helping ensure they run safely, efficiently, and smoothly. His responsibilities include managing lab setup and breakdown, organizing and maintaining chemical and supply inventories, assist with room scheduling, and supporting audiovisual and equipment needs. He enforces laboratory safety guidelines, facilitates equipment maintenance, and provides assistance to faculty, staff, and students as needed.
Instrumentation Lab

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of Academic Services’ large inventory of instructional equipment. Coordinates and maintains the locker management program in the Education II Building.
Testing Center


Provides support for the Accommodated Testing Center.
